Identical to its siblings Alphatron and Gammatron in form, Betatron was distinguished solely by his red color.
The "Trons" were a trio of robots introduced for Series 3 (1978). Unlike any other Micronauts before or since, the Trons were intended as comic relief. Using the chassis of the Stratastation car, the Trons used a group of moving parts to move in an irregular fashion, flipping and flopping their way across the floor.
