For Series 4 (1979), Mego introduced its first line of figures exclusive to the Micronauts: the Aliens. Repto was a green lizard figure with an exposed glow-in-the-dark brain and weapons for hands. His light green body was accented by dark green feet and wrist cuffs, while red bat wings and weapons (a blaster and a circular saw) were attached to his back and the cuffs by the 5mm system.
Repto's standard vehicle was Ampzilla; both hailed from the distant planet of Sauria.

Repto's original brain was yellow-orange, and like the other Series 4 Aliens, Repto was reissued in Series 5 with a light green brain. The later brain had improved light retention for the glow-in-the-dark feature.
